Amazing tropical paradise..This place is for those who really want to escape from it all. It is quite serene and totally perfect to allow you to switch off!! If this is what you are after then Loy Chalet is for you. Staff were amazing,good food and good WiFi.
For me nothing as it was just what we wanted and needed..Total chill time.

Very peaceful stay, and very conveniently located. A short walk to the beach, and not so central that it becomes crowded. Ken and the team were fantastic. They recommended and arranged most of our excursions, and they were knowledgeable about each program that we asked about. We would definitely stay again!

Pool/ gardens - well maintained.
Breakfast tasty but limited choice
Bar/ restaurant staff pleasant.
Bedroom especially bathroom dirty and needed upkeep. Noisy AC, no bedside lights.
Had to request housekeeping on 2 out of our 4 night stay. Bedlinen stained and torn, not changed.
