Modern, clean & quiet retreat

Modern, clean rooms. Cute balcony with great blackout curtains, helpful staff, close to Ao Nang Night Market and far enough away that it was quiet at night. We loved being close to Ao Nang Beach but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle.

The location was good for the night market. It was quiet. It is very new everything felt clean and fresh Room was a good size and as we expected

The shower head didn’t fit in the wall fixture so you had to hold it and it was hard not to get everything wet in the bathroom The door was really difficult to lock

Amazing location and facilities

JJ at the reception made this stay a great experience. Always ready to help with a genuine smile. Walking distance to everything, Ao Nang’s biggest night market on the premises. Clean, new, spacious rooms. Polite and friendly cleaning staff. Would stay again 100%.

Stunning place

Everything about this hotel is fabulous, great location, super clean, lovely bright room, air conditioning that works properly, and the lad on reception I think works day & night, JJ I think he was called, it's a new hotel so it's pristine

If they did breakfast and had a pool, this would be a 5 star place, only other thing, is there is no lift, but it's only 2 floors high

Nice new hotel in the more chill area of AoNang

New hotel, clean, modern, soaring ceiling. Good location 5 min walk to the Ao Nang beach and the night market.

A bit away from town center but it’s close to the park. The room didn’t have a safe (ideally one that fits a laptop), and it bothered is that the door was unlocked/ wide open downstairs after front desk person is gone. Maybe we’re too cautious, but we’d prefer a front door entry code or something in the off hours.

The location is amazing, a close walk to everything you need especially the market but far enough so you dont hear the constant noise. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Everything is new.

Only stayed one night. Overpriced for what it offers.

Booked a room in this hotel and when I saw the room I noticed that the view from the window was a wall about 5ft away. I immediately went to reception to request a different room but was told the only other option available was a “sea view” room on the 3rd floor (no lift). I had to pay an extra 1500 baht. When I went to the room I was disappointed as the there was barely a sea view. What I could see from the window was a barren plot of land, the rear of some shops and the main road. Across the main road you could catch a glimmer of the ocean behind some trees. I also woke up with a sore throat and chesty cough from the A/C.

The fact my room was called sea view when you could barely see the ocean.

Fantastic hotel and staff and would definitely stay there again

Fantastic modern hotel which is perfect after several weeks travelling. The staff were fantastic with the owner driving us to the immigration office in KRABI to extend our visas. Nothing was too much trouble

3 Nights in Ao Nang

Great location for the beach and the night market. New hotel and very clean. Staff were helpful with suggestions, and I felt welcomed and safe there. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in. I would definitely stay here again.

Okay for a few days

It's a nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff, but unfortunately we had to switch rooms twice, so we ended up spending 3 nights in 3 different rooms. In the first room (305) there was a leakage from the ceiling on the bed and floor when it was poring outside. Then we got an upgrade (room 308), but the next day there were tiny insects all over the place and in the bed. Finally we moved to the family room, which had no problems. Also we didn't like the cleanliness of the floors. Breakfast was nothing special to be honest, bread, jam basic fruits and mini pastry like muffins. Location wise there is a lot to do on walking distance, keep in mind that it's at the end of the tourist spots. And again kudos to the staff who managed to switch the rooms for us.

Spacious family suite near restaurants, market and beach.

Location was very convenient for our family as it was walking distance to restaurants and the night market! Also a minute away from the beach and the pier/port to take a long boat to islands. Booked a family suite which was spacious/huge.

Sadly the drainage smell was horrendous in the bathroom. Wish there was a bit more variety to the breakfast like some cheese for the bread perhaps :)

Zentral gelegen aber nicht zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft liegt relativ Zentral und direkt neben dem Nachtmarkt. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel über dieses Hotel zu sagen. Die Bettlaken waren bei Anreise bereits fleckig und in der „Küchenniesche“ was lediglich ein Spülbecken ist, war mehr Schimmel und Wasserflecken als sonst was…. Kurzum nicht zu empfehlen

Schimmel im Zimmer, fleckige Bettlaken, Wasserschäden an den Decken, laute tropfgeräusche die ganze Nacht… scheint alles irgendwie undicht zu sein.

Ubicación estratégica para excursiones

La zona donde está ubicado el hotel es el extremo de la playa de noppharat mucho más tranquila que Ao Nang beach. Hay varios lugares para comer y un mercado nocturno. Cualquier excursión sale cerca de ahí. Como en todo Tailandia se convive con los baldíos y la basura pero el paisaje lo ayuda a superar. El hotel sirve un desayuno de cortesía. La habitación triple es súper amplia. Sábanas y toallas nuevas. Estuvimos cómodos. Personal muy servicial

L'emplacement est top. A 1min de la plage et à 3-4min de commodités telles que 7-eleven, restaurants, cafés, etc. Le marché est également très proche. Le quartier est très agréable. Le personnel est accueillant et la chambre est propre et confortable.

L'absence d'ascenseur n'était pas idéale mais en pratique ça allait, il n'y avait pas trop de marches et il était pratique même avec des grosses valises.

Hotel nuovo con un bagno piccolissimo: lavandino microscopico e doccia senza tenda o vetro. Camera piccola e odore di fogna che proviene dal bagno. Infine, la luce della camera non si spenge a meno che non si tolga la chiave e di lasciare la stanza senza corrente! Elettricista che ha fatto l’impianto doveva essere un po’ sbadato, ma evidentemente nessuno se ne è accorto! Insonorizzazione limitata.
