Unit was as pictured and it was clean. There are sticky mouse / cockroach traps around the unit.
The place itself is fine but if you end up having an issue with the property, I hope it goes better than my experience. Obia, the property manager, got weird and a bit hostile when I wanted to discuss the cigarette smoke that kept filling the unit. Things happen in multi unit properties but it was a strange reaction when inquiring about an issue with the stay to find a reasonable solution that worked for both parties. Nobody ever came to the unit I was in to verify the issue by simply smelling it. Just don’t expect much in the way of a reasonable customer service response if something isn’t right with this property. Thankfully Booking.com made it right and refunded me because of the issue.
Also of note, you will be required to send a photo of your gov issued ID via text to the property manager’s phone to access the unit. That is definitely not a safe way to collect or store sensitive information.

We truly admired the welcoming atmosphere and comfort of the place. It was exactly what we needed, and we can't wait to return in January for another wonderful stay.
The stairs were a bit outdated, but it is an older building, so that should be considered. I was just worried I would disturb others while walking up and down them at various hours of the night

The room was perfect for what we needed
The apartment decoration felt a little cold and I think that it is haunted. Could use a good sage smudge of the space

The pictures are completely misleading. This is a tiny attic apartment that smells like moldy talcum powder mixed with bad cologne. It was so bad I just had to laugh. Whomever took the photos did an amazing job with the lighting and editing. Now that I’ve seen the place all the cropping makes sense. 😂
The smell hits you right when you open the door. Then you go up the stairs and you see how “stately” the place is. There would have been no way for me to lay down in the bed without hitting the ceiling. Someone clearly pulled the bed forward to take the photo.
I arrived late at night and sat there for a min trying to think of what to do. Never even stayed one night there. Had to get a hotel room last min for the night and found a better place the next day. My jacket reeked of the place the next couple of days. That’s how bad it smelled.

I liked that it did have a kitchen and was a cute space. It also had a fridge which I liked.
The parking wasn’t the best, and I didn’t realize there were so many stairs and levels. Also it was smaller than expected.

It was very cozy, clean, and spacious. I absolutely loved the vibe.
Bathroom sink could've been a bit bigger. Or possibly add a shelf into the bathroom for toiletries.
