Overall it was a great place for our girls trip and perfect price range.

Perfect for our girls weekend away.

There were rather large cob webs in both bedrooms that I had to clean as I'm terrified of spiders. Not many towels and not as close to downtown as I originally thought when booking.

Nice and quiet.

Everything was clean and didn’t have to buy tissue or washing powder.

I didn’t like the key pad on the doors very complicated and the owner rude and was no help. Also the alley to the back of the house was creepy had to park in the back of the house no driveway.

What a beautiful place.

Omg, I didn’t make it until like 1:00a.m. ! Not only did he get out of his bed AND drove 45 minutes. He did it just to show me how to get into the unit at 2:00a. Very nice man! We appreciated all his hospitality! Would definitely book again when visiting family in Detroit. !

The location was good, the unit was clean and comfortable, and it felt very safe.

The bathroom had needed facilities, but is not as nice as the rest of the unit, and bathmat was pretty thin.

Good price. Distance to Little Caesars Arena was good. Owner responded quickly to txt messages

Did not feel safe due to people in other rental physically fighting,smoking weed and being loud after midnight when we returned to the property. The owner responded quickly but we left because we did not feel safe and were concerned about possible retaliation from the other tenants. Do not recommend for single females. Also,not sure if this is a legal rental. There is a visible garden hose running water from the kitchen area to the bathroom. Just laying on the floor of this newly restored unit.

The host was amazing and extremely helpful.

The apartment is very clean, quaint, and very cute. It’s in a central location near downtown where you can access restaurants and downtown attractions quickly.

It’s a small basement apartment with tenants living in the main home. After midnight there was a lot of loud foot traffic, but otherwise the stay was comfortable.
