Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great price, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Safe and comfortable, friendly owner. Had all kitchen amenities we needed. Nice shower with good water flow.

Second visit was as good as the first

The unit is very comfortable, I didn't mind the location but others might find it sketchy - the price is very reasonable and the owner is very helpful and available to help if issues arise. The unit is very clean and the bed - especially comfortable.

The only thing I would suggest and I did suggest it to the owner directly is that the kitchen isn't especially well equipped - the addition of a toaster, a bottle opener/ corkscrew, a. Peppermill and bigger coffee maker would be inexpensive additions - and very helpful. The only other issue for some might be the stairs and clear instructions as to how to use the outdoor key pad.

Had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this unit highly

It was basically his advertised - the location was Central. There was parking but it was a bit tricky to find it... Some might find the neighborhood a bit sketchy. I thought it was okay - the one thing was if you have mobility issues there's a steep staircase going up to all the units. It was no problem for me and I'm 73 but quite fit and it wasn't an issue. What was an issue where the keypads for entry? They were the most difficult to use that I have in all my stays at other spots where I've never had any issues with their key boxes or their codes but this particular box at the front of the building was not intuitive and you had to hit the black screen where the first number would be before you could actually enter the actual code which I was told by residence in the building after I locked myself out without my phone and they came out And watched how I was trying to enter the code and told me what the secret was. The owner was terrific and I shared this with him - I suspect they might do something about a different unit or at least give different instructions. The upstairs keypad was better but I never really tested it because I just left the door slightly ajar as I unloaded my car and didn't need to figure out how to use it... And it locked itself when I left the next morning I like the unit itself. It was the bed was super comfortable. The TV worked very well. I like the fact that I had a full size refrigerator with freezer and microwave - I'd suggest they add a toaster and upgrade the coffee maker. It worked but it wasn't terrific. I'm not very experienced with gas ranges but I couldn't figure out how to turn the burners on. Maybe I needed to have a match to light them but the place I'm staying now has a gas range and I'm having no trouble using it. I just push in the knob and turn it and the unit lights itself.
