In the recent heatwave the conservatory was like an oven, it really needs blinds.

Lovely self contained unit with superb conservatory to catch the sun in the inevitable periods of rain. Everything we neededed was available and was walkable to town .

Nice quiet cottage in a lovely location which is within walking distance to the town centre of Keswick. Nice garden to sit in and although the sitting room is quite small it’s a bonus having the conservatory off the small kitchen.
Could do with a tumble drier combined washing machine and also a new kettle, since the current kettle (which is some cheap make) didn’t switch off after boiling and the steam burnt my hand.

Lack of decent glasses and kitchen equipment
There was only champagne flute and this was disappointing as we were celebrating with champagne and had to buy another one
We tried to contact the numbers provided as initially we had a problem entering property and the first number we tried said they had not been caretakers of the property for a couple of years
