Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Erdgeschoss desselben Hauses. Der Eigentümer Brando hat uns freundlich begrüßt und die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet; es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. + viel Stauraum und begehbarer Kleiderschrank + Regendusche und Handbrause mit Duschablage + guter Haartrockner + Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer mit Wäscheklammern + viele Steckdosen + 2 Klimaanlagen (1 im Wohnbereich, 1 im Schlafzimmer) + Rollladen an allen Fenstern Unser Gepäck konnten wir am Abreisetag kostenlos bei Brando unterstellen.
Die laute Straße war manchmal etwas störend.

Not about the property but the district is a little bit noisy, otherwise everything was perfect.

Прекрасная квартира, очень чистая, есть все необходимое и гардеробная с зеркалом и на кухне все есть для вкусных ужинов. Сразу под подъездом магазин с шикарным выбором морепродуктов и всего другого. Метро в конце дома , это удобно, автобусная станция тоже рядом. Но до центра ехать минут 30. По Району после 22:00 ходить не очень приятно, нам немного страшно было. Хочу отметить , что с аэропорта очень удобно добраться на их трейне, остановка 350 метров от дома, идеально. Хозяин очень заботлив. В квартире идеально чистое белье и полотенца. Нам понравилось.
Немного далеко от центра , но это не критично. Волнительно ходить после 22:00
