Apartament foarte bine utilat, curat, cu toate dotările necesare, foarte aproape de o stație de metrou și de un supermarket bine aprovizionat. Gazde foarte amabile care au răspuns prompt solicitărilor noastre.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Time Factory Roma! Anyone who has been to Rome before knows that many rental properties can be outdated, but Arianna and Dante’s apartment is an absolute dream because it is completely modern, beautifully designed, and deeply welcoming. The apartment is packed with high-end amenities, including powerful air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a modern TV, and two full bathrooms with excellent showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and features both a professional-grade espresso machine and a classic Bialetti. The automated blinds and climate control were lifesavers, allowing us to escape the constant Roman summer heat of over 35°C. It is clear that the hosts put their hearts into decorating this place. It has genuine character and warmth, which is a wonderful change from the sterile and lifeless holiday rentals you often find. Communication was flawless and entirely in English. Dante personally welcomed us and gave us a thorough tour to explain how the automation, induction stove, and coffee machines worked, making our stay completely seamless from day one. Regarding the location, the building itself is completely renovated and exceptionally convenient. A full-service supermarket called Pewex, which includes a fresh bakery and fishmonger, is literally less than a minute's walk from the front door. The Line A metro station, Ponte Lungo, is just a two-minute walk away and offers a direct connection to Termini Station as well as all the major tourist spots like Spagna, Barberini, and Ottaviano. There are also fantastic local restaurants within a short ten-minute walk. The entire experience was flawless, and the apartment is actually even better in person than in the photos. Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

Квартира расположена в спальном районе. До станции метро 3 минуты. На метро до центра 10 минут, по этой же ветке и вокзал. На автобусах ездить смысла нет, везде можно быстро доехать на метро. В квартире есть все заявленные удобства, включая кофеварку и посудомойку. Посуда , кастрюли и сковородки новые и красивые. Хозяева позаботились об уюте. Квартира находится на 1 этаже и есть собственная веранда с растениями. Есть чай, кофе, соль, сахар и даже оливковое масло. Хозяева давали подробные инструкции по заселению и всем вопросам. Отличное соотношение цена - качество.

Все хорошо. Можно бы добавить столик и стулья на веранде и сушилку для белья.
