The apartment is spacious and features a lovely terrace and is very well located, with easy access to the metro station and nearby grocery stores.
We experienced some initial issues with the hot water and heating, but Claudia was extremely helpful and responsive in resolving them. The apartment is overall fine; however, some of the furniture could use updating. One chair was slightly damaged, and of the two toilets, one had a loose seat while the other was missing a seat entirely.

Accessori in cucina quasi inesistenti, una padellina molto usurata, una pentola, stoviglie (piatti, tazze, ecc) sporche. Tovagliato inesistente solo tovagliette americane macchiate. Posate miste con un solo cucchiaino. Insomma neanche lo stretto necessario Mi dispiace non avere mai incontrato la proprietaria solo contatti cordiali telefonici.
