Although the accommodation is in town it is very private and quiet, set in a lovely walled property with beautiful trees and flowers. The studio is compact but quite spacious enough for 2 people to comfortably sleep, eat and relax and the bed is large and very comfortable. The airport is only 10 minutes away and you can drive to the centre of Ponta Delgada in 10 minutes as well. The manager Filipe was very kind and welcoming and even gave us a really informative tour of his pineapple greenhouses.

We loved everything about this property. Our host Filipe was welcoming and gave us a lot of useful tips. We stayed in a villa with a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The beautiful garden leading to the lovely pool area created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The location was ideal and the property felt like staying in a lush garden paradise
There was also fresh fruit and a pineapple grown on the property for us on arrival which was amazing
Having parking was also a major plus
Given the amount of plants we had to be good about closing doors quickly to not let in some bugs but overall not bad

Felipe and Eliana were great. Breakfast food and wine supplied were well appreciated. The apartment met our needs well.
One downside was the musty smell in the bathroom.
