Las piscinas estaban frias incluso las climatizadas. Las saunas no iban bien

The room was really spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean. Breakfast was wonderful and they had a great selection of items. The hotel offers free water refills, which that was a great surprise.

The hotel rooms, facilities and breakfast were amazing, but the area is not as walkable as others in Ponta Delgada.

I was there for 1 night, and did not use the facilities. So maybe they were good

First of all, when I checked in they tried to charge me around 50 euros more than what I booked with booking.com. It’s good that I checked. Then when I objected they apologised and charged the correct amount. I guess they were trying to take the advantage of all the flights being cancelled. I had to leave early so I asked for a breakfast box. The content was like a joke. There was a sandwich with 2 thick slices of bread and 2 thin slices of ham. The island is proud of their cheeses and there was not even a thin slice of cheese in the so called sandwich. Overall, I do not recommend the hotel at all. It is a waste of your money
