The beach is just a 2-minute walk across the street from this chic 4BR/3.5BA home in Ocean Isle Beach. Professionally designed interiors feature nautical decor and stylish furnishings. Built in 2016, highlights of this newer family-friendly haven that sleeps 10 guests include a sparkling private pool, an elevator, multiple balconies, and two beautifully appointed living areas.
LIVING AREA
The stylish main living area has a contemporary feel and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Sprawl out on the sectional and screen a movie on the 64' TV.
Downstairs, a second living area offers a quiet retreat, equipped with a comfy sleeper sofa. Whip up drinks at the wet bar, or watch favorite shows on the 50' TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Its easy to prepare home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances (including a French-door fridge) and a big granite island that seats four.
Host dinner parties at a long wooden dining table, offering seating for 10.
BED & BATH
This house sleeps 10 guests between four elegantly appointed bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, each room has a TV.
Located on the top floor, the expansive master bedroom boasts a plush king bed. A chic en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
The guest rooms are located downstairs.
A second bedroom with nautical-themed accents has a king bed and an attached bathroom (also accessed via the hallway) with a walk-in shower.
Great for families, a third bedroom with ship lap walls features a queen bed and custom-built bunk with two twin beds. A nearby fourth bedroom offers a queen bed. These rooms share access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination.
A half bath next to the laundry area provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take a dip in the sparkling pool, surrounded by plenty of seating. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after fun-filled beach days.
Two separate balconies overlook the pool, with rocking chairs provided. An additional balcony at the front of the home offers a table and beautiful ocean views.
A gas grill on the patio is perfect for afternoon cookouts.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a Blu-ray player, washer/dryer, Pack 'n Play, beach chairs, high chair, baby gate, Sonos speaker, and toys are provided.
An elevator offers convenient access to the upper floors.
Parking is provided for four vehicles in a carport and two in the driveway.

Discover a stunning beach just a two-minute walk (200 yards) from your door! Or head to Ferry Landing Park (0.4 miles), a lovely spot to enjoy picnics and fishing beside the Intracoastal.
Find seafood eateries within 3 miles from home, and the manicured fairways of Brick Landing Plantation Golf Club are 6.7 miles away.
Parking notes: You will find parking for up to 6 cars (4 in the carport and 2 in the driveway).
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.
Electric Pool Heat: $75/day during the off-season
When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.
Want to warm things up? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to add pool heat to your stay!
The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

Our family had the best time staying at Beers and Sunshine. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Perfect location with a very short walk to the beach. Definitely will stay here again!!

Great house, had pretty much everything we needed. Was supper clean and ready for our vacation. House is very comfortable, very well appointed but also very comfortable. Great Location. We had a great week!!
