An elevator provides convenient access throughout the home, making it easier to transport luggage, groceries and belongings between levels.
Please note that the presence of an elevator does not mean the property is ADA or wheelchair accessible.
🏊 POOL HEATING
Optional pool heating may be available for qualifying stays with a 3-night minimum. Please contact the property manager prior to booking for additional information.
Requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by outdoor temperatures, wind, weather and other environmental conditions.

A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring a propane tank or arrange propane delivery after booking through available guest services.

Fresh white linens are provided for each bed and beds are made prior to arrival.
Guests also receive starter household and personal-care supplies, including bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, bathmats, kitchen towels, dishwashing supplies, laundry pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hand soap, paper towels, bath tissue and starter trash bags.
Starter supplies are intended to help get your vacation started and may not last for the entire stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old unless prior approval has been received.
PETS
Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance for this property. Guests must receive approval before bringing a pet.

SAFETY
Fire pits, fireworks and deep fryers are prohibited.

PARKING
Parking is limited to a maximum of 7 vehicles.

Reservations may be canceled for a full refund of amounts paid, excluding the administrative fee, when Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals receives written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund, including cancellations resulting from inclement weather or failure to make the required final payment. Administrative fees are nonrefundable.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.

We stayed here the last week of march. Weather was great. Kids and adults enjoyed pool and hot tub. We got there a little early and the host was great about letting us get in. Short walk to beach.

We enjoyed this property and its proximity to the beach. Pool was beautiful and the kids loved the foosball table. Two minor things that could be fixed are the keypad was not functioning so we had to use a physical key and the dishwasher wasn’t cleaning the dishes properly, but otherwise everything was perfect.

There were 6 adults and a toddler that stayed for a week. Check in was easy, there were a few issues requiring maintenance throughout the week but their response time was prompt. The house wasn’t the most clean upon arrival but nothing overly concerning. There was a lot of silverware, cups, plates, etc for toddlers which was a pleasant surprise. There was also a ton of beach/pool things to utilize (chairs, floats, umbrella, etc). The walk to the beach was short enough that it wasn’t miserable with a toddler riding in a wagon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Communication was difficult with this property.
Had to wash main floor bedding on arrival.
Pool heater did not work.
Keypad at door didn’t work.
There were no baby gates as per emailed they did have them. The high chair was mildew covered and was not usable. The location was great! The washer and dryer were new. There were plenty of dishes and glasses for everyone.
