The first bedroom has stunning views of the intracoastal water way, and is equipped with 2 bunk style beds, twin over full, smart TV, with an attached jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Attached, you will find the second bedroom with peek-a-boo ocean views, equipped with a king bed, smart TV, and access to the jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Also on the first floor you will also find the master bedroom with king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity, smart TV, while providing a private escape within the home.
The top floor of the home offers an open-concept living space that creates an inviting atmosphere, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area and a bedroom with an adjustable king sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. This Pool is NOT heated. The pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, but please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

House was great, very clean, pool area was beautiful, and there’s a little putting green with golf balls which the kids loved. 2nd floor toilet clogged a few times for no reason. It wasn’t a huge issue so we didn’t call for maintenance. There were a few beach chairs and pool floats, and a good supply of spices in the kitchen. Overall the stay was great, and perfect size for extended family of 5 adults and 4 kids.
