Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The unit itself is great! The area is quite lively (went the week after July 4th) with a lot of families everywhere so if you're looking for a quiet secluded getaway, this isn't it. Walls are a bit thin, or the guy above me was really heavy footed! Easy walking distance to the beach and also great popular restaurants like Pompano Joe's which parking is impossible! Loved my stay!

We stayed here recently with our family of four. Our two boys enjoyed the bunk beds in the hallway and the bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The unit has the amenities that you need to cook nearly anything and the living room was appointed with comfortable furniture and very cozy. Be aware that while there are two toilets, there is only one shower/bathtub in the laundry room, all jack and jill style, but worked just fine for us with closable doors between all.
The property itself is great, we enjoyed the fitness facility and the heated pool. The beach service with one umbrella and two chairs was very nice so we didn't have to lug a lot of things to the beach which is a short walk.
Overall, this property is a great value for the price and you won't miss out on any amenities. TV, internet, parking...all top notch. Walkable restaurant (pompano joe's) with great food. Beach is amazing as well!

First we made reservations and paid in full without being disclosed prior that balcony would be inaccessible due to construction. We had no idea they would cover balcony with plastic that can’t see through!! And blocked the door from opening so could not even get fresh air not to mention if there had been a fire! We always stay here due to traveling with a pet. For years we have been allowed to check in before 4 if room is ready. Vacasa refused and we sat in car for an hour with pet when room was ready!! Never again!! Then we arrive to crumbs on stove, stained carpet, furniture and pillows. Never had this experience at Maravilla ever. AC was clicking off and on upon arrival. We report to 800 number, they call Priority 1 at 530 pm to check it. At 730 still no show… ETA was after 9pm!!! We refused… how much inconvenience will you put your guest in!?!? Was on phone repeatedly about this… so much for relaxation! We had no more contact with Vacasa the rest of our stay so we could enjoy our time. Lesson learned…rent direct from owner.
