Walk right out to the beach, pool and grills with no elevators to wait for! The kitchen is brand new w/stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and pots and pans. The kitchen opens to a dining and living area, which is great for gatherings!
This condo is a beach front two bedroom, two bathroom, recently remodeled condo in Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach. The resort has plenty of amenities for you to enjoy, like two community pools, hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, pickle ball and more. You'll also love the location as you'll be near central Destin, FL, and nearby all the most popular area attractions, beaches, restaurants, shopping and much more! Plus, inquire about bringing your furry friends as "Wait n Sea" is pet friendly!*
When entering the condo, you'll go down the hallway into the open-concept living area. The living area features access to the beachfront, fully furnished patio, which also overlooks part of the resort pool. There's plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The updated, fully equipped kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is stocked with new pots and pans. The dining area features seating for six with three stools at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, king bed with new mattress in February 2024, private access to the beachfront patio and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed and flat-screen TV. Across from the guest bedroom, the guest bath is complete with a tiled walk-in shower.
Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!
This property is pet friendly, we do require a non refundable pet fee. Pet fee is based on number of nights booked/number of animals. Please ask about the pet fee before booking this property. The pet fee is not included in the payment you make to Air BnB or VRBO.

Condo was amazing! The location was close proximity to the pool and private beach, which made everything so much easier for our family of six. The pool was great. The condo itself was spotless when we arrived and we felt right at home as we walked in. It did not disappoint. We hope to stay here again in the near future.
