We have stayed at Maravilla for the last 3 years. We love the beautiful private beach, the cleanliness of the condominiums and and convenience of everything in the area.

Overall great place! Very clean, very comfortable beds and sofa/chairs. Kitchen had everything you'd need! wonderful location and so convenient!

We have been renting different units at Maravilla for 8 years now. This unit leaves a lot to be desired:
-It was not as clean as it could have been
-The kitchen is not well equipped, the pans are terrible, plates are chipped, and it needs to be updated.
-The bathrooms were missing hand towel racks
-Washer and dryer were disgusting, we had to use clorox wipes to wipe it out/moldy
-Coffee table was missing a piece and was wobbly
-Couches were filthy and worn out
-Pillows were dirty
-Refrigerator was filthy
-Smoke detector would randomly beep during the night even though we updated the battery.
We loved being on the ground floor, beds are comfy and linens are nice!
