At the gates of Uzès, located in Lussan, a village of character classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, the Domaine des Pierres Bleues forms a small family hamlet surrounded by 50 hectares of hills and preserved oak forests. Like a belvedere overlooking the surrounding scrubland, it offers an exceptional panorama of the Cévennes and the Mediterranean plain.

Nestled in the heart of the Domaine, La Valcroze is an exceptional residence of 175 m2 semi-detached but not overlooked in a family hamlet. With an exceptional unobstructed view and overlooking the valley between lavender fields, scrubland and small typical hamlets.

A third and large master bedroom of 24 m2 with 1 double bed 180X200 and its private bathroom (walk-in shower for 2 people and toilet)

All around the house, enjoy the vast natural space offered by the family estate with its meadows and hiking trails. It forms a small hamlet "belvedere" composed only of authentic stone houses completely restored by us.
