About this house rental

It is in this old mansion completely renovated, in the town of Cornillon, in the heart of the Cèze valley and only 800 meters from Goudargues, little Venice of the Gard, that you will have all of our "guest house" space with a magnificent living room of 70 m2 air-conditioned and its fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a shaded terrace to share good meals... and 4 bedrooms upstairs, including a family suite and a duplex, all equipped with a bathroom with shower, separate private toilet, bedding 160, air conditioning, TV, internet access, refrigerated mini bar. Sheets are provided and pets are allowed on request.
The property houses a fully walled wooded park, parking, a meadow / games as well as a secure area for a large private swimming pool of 12x6, all on an area of 8000 M2 of land.
Various spaces with garden furniture also decorate this place.

The property was absolutely perfect. No complaints at all. Great rooms and public spaces especially the terrace. The pool was excellent as was the small town of Goudargues. But most importantly was Genevieve, a great host who helped us with information and arranging transport. She was very kind and generous. Mike

La Demeure de Pradas est splendide, soignée ( propreté irréprochable ), décorée avec goût, spacieuse, avec une immense piscine sécurisée et située dans une région charmante. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse, serviables, trés chaleureux, au petit soin pour leurs vacanciers. N'hesitez pas...vous ne serez que pleinement satisfaits !

La propriété est vraiment très belle. Les chambres sont très confortables et ont toutes une salle de bain et des toilettes privatives. La cuisine et le séjour sont très agréables et bien équipés. La terrasse couverte est super tout comme la piscine. Madame et Monsieur Tardy sont aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse incroyable !
