Villa of 200 m2 in an exceptional environment with heated and secure swimming pool, fitness room with sauna, pétanque area.
The villa consists of:
- 5 bedrooms with bathrooms (shower and bath) and Wc
- a large living room fully glazed to enjoy the exceptional view
- a fully equipped American kitchen
- an independent toilet
- a large covered terrace
The swimming pool and its pool house:
- Sauna
- Fitness room (exercise bike, treadmill and rower)
- Heated swimming pool (from April to October depending on the weather) and secured by an electric shutter
- Outdoor kitchen (fridge, freezer and barbecue)

The villa is located in a quiet hamlet 2 km from the village of Barjac.
The rental of household linen is included in the price (bed linen and towels).

We have a Leisure center in Ardèche (at Vallon Pont d'Arc) and we can thus offer you sports activities such as Canoeing and Kayaking on the Ardèche, Tree climbing and paintball.
