About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Fons-sur-Lussan. It has a floor area of 260 m² and can accommodate up to 11 guests.
It comprises a lovely 75 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a 30 m² dining room (with a fireplace), six lovely bedrooms, three bathrooms, and you can enjoy a 4,500 m² wooded plot with a large swimming pool. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A 75 m² living room with sofas, a TV and a well-stocked bookcase.
– A 30 m² dining room with a fireplace (first fire included).
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower) and WC.
On the first floor:
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a queen-size bed (160x200).
– Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190).
– Bedroom 5: with two single beds (90x190).
– Bedroom 6: with a single bed (90x190) and a desk.
– A bathroom with a bath and WC.
– A shower room with a shower.
– A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 15x5m private, unheated swimming pool, open all year round and fully secured (with a rigid fence and double-security gate), featuring a pool house with a separate toilet.
– A beautiful, wooded and partially enclosed plot of 4,500 m².
– A 40 m² north-facing terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and offering views, ideal for summer drinks.
– A 40 m² south-facing terrace, next to the kitchen, for summer meals under the lime tree.
– A 60 m² terrace on the upper floor with unobstructed views.
There is a grocery shop open all year round and a restaurant, both just a 5-minute walk away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private outdoor car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Orange, Avignon or Nîmes, approximately 50 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Marseille, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by car

- The fireplace is in working order; the first load of firewood is provided (after that, please allow €5 per log)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for the next guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use
- Pets are welcome free of charge. One pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking
- Children swimming are the sole responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions
