6 km from Uzès, in a quiet hamlet between vineyards and forest, family estate for 5 generations, rents semi-detached house of 160 m2 with secure swimming pool (for exclusive use of tenants) and park of 5000 m2 (not fenced). Accommodation for 10 people, 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 of 25 m2 with bed of 140, bedroom 2 of 20 m2 with small balcony, bed of 160 and ceiling fan, bedroom 3 of 15 m2 with ceiling fan, bed of 140 and bed of 90, bedroom 4 air-conditioned of 16 m2 with 2 bunk beds (4 x 90 cm).
