This apartment is in the heart of the characteristic Trastevere. You are just 10 minutes walk from the terrace of Gianicolo where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city! The parquet floor, present throughout the house, adds style and refinement. My house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a unique experience in the Eternal City!
The space
Located in the heart of the Trastevere district, just 10 minutes away from the iconic Piazza Navona and 30 minutes from Coliseum and Vatican city, this beautiful apartment offers a brilliant blend of old and new, with a rustic charm that meets modern comfort.
Imagine relaxing with friends or family in the living room on the comfortable double sofa bed.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, with luxury linen and a wardrobe where you can unpack. Carefully chosen artwork adds personality and character to this beautiful home.
The apartment also has a balcony with a table where you can sip an espresso coffee before starting your day!
In the kitchen you can easily imagine yourself preparing delicious treats with the help of modern appliances.
The bathroom offers a space to relax and refresh with a shower after a long day of sightseeing.
Access for guests
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and provided with clean linen before your arrival.
Other things to keep in mind
To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
- Cot and baby chair available upon request.
- Please respect the house and people living in the building.
- Additional cleaning and linen services available upon request and at an extra cost.
- According to the Italian laws: The city tax is € 5 per person per night for the first 10 nights and will be included in the daily price. Children up to 10 years are exempt.
- Guests will be required to present a valid ID before check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities.
- For long term rentals (over 30 consecutive nights), guests will be invited to sign a rental contract which will be made available via email prior to arrival.
