This 1-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the building and has a common swimming pool, as well as a small children's pool. You can access the apartment via stairs or elevator.The living room, dining area, and kitchen are open and bright with satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, dining table, and sliding doors that provide access to a balcony with a table and two chairs perfect for outdoor dining or breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you may need during your stay, such as a coffee machine, microwave with grill, electric hob, iron, and ironing board.The Apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub.This holiday home is located in the famous fishing village of Alvor. This apartment benefits from its proximity to everything you may need for a relaxing holiday: beautiful beaches (approximately 1km from the apartment), shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The nearest golf course, Alto Golf, is located just 3.5 km from the apartment.Alvor is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday, and although it is a small village, it has an abundance of good restaurants and a lively nightlife scene.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 2 guests.From the 3th to the 4th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
