The apartment was very nice overlooking the swimming pool and close to the shops and resturants
The keys had to be collected from Globalplano Travel part of Mediacao Imobiliaria a real estate agent in Praia Da Rocha. You have to pay them in cash 250 euros as a damage deposit before you can have the keys. After looking at the reviews on this company we were a bit dubious about them. True to form when we asked for the return of a deposit they said that they were only giving us 200 euros back as the towels were soiled, we had asked for pictures and the pictures of towels they sent us were not our towels have we been scammed.
