If you are already in the unit, you will be given 24 hours notice to exit the rental. In this event, any unused portion of your stay will be refunded.

Second time staying here. Amazing location, quiet, great pools, plenty of room for our family (6 adults, 2 toddlers). Condo was very dusty with random items left upon check-in(socks, toys under sofa, empty ziploc behind nightstand, etc) Needs more dish towels in kitchen.TV & WiFi very complicated/unreliable. Lightbulbs need changing out in kitchen under cabinet and guest queen bath.

Fourth trip to Bella Vita and second time in this condo! If you are looking for quiet, luxury and comfort, this is your place!! It’s the perfect location on 30A, and the condo is spacious and beautiful. First floor makes it super convenient access to both the beach and the pool. We’ll be back again and again!!

We have stayed in this property before; it is an outstanding condo on the gulf. However, the proper access code to the condo was not programmed in, and so we had to call the property manager to access the property, which was quite frustrating following the long drive. And of course nobody answered the phone, so we had to leave a message; fortunately the property manager called back within 5 minutes with a contingency access code which at least got us into the condo; our access code (the one provided) began working the next day. Also, some of the under-counter fluorescent lights in the kitchen flickered -- very irritating, and they need to be replaced. Lastly, the sheet did not fit the king bed in the master suite, so the bed was not as comfortable as it could have been and had to be re-tucked each morning. Little details, but they detracted from an otherwise great stay.
