Welcome to That’s What Sea Said, where there’s plenty of room to spread out, gather back up, and find your favorite spot somewhere in between. The community pool and grilling area are definite crowd-pleasers, but that third-floor deck has a pretty strong following of its own.

After the pool, hop on a complimentary beach cruiser and explore the delightful community of Blue Mountain Beach. You and your crew will love the great restaurants and yummy eateries. Make sure to visit Blue Mountain Creamery for the best local ice cream.
Inside, the first floor keeps things comfortable with a spacious living room and plenty of seating. There’s also a guest room with a queen bed, which features an added seating area and a mini fridge.
Upstairs, the fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick snacks to dinner for the whole group. The dining table seats six, with four more spots at the bar. A second living area nearby gives everyone another place to settle in for a movie, game, or some well-earned doing absolutely nothing.
Also on the second floor is a bedroom made for the younger crowd, with two full beds and two twins above. A hall bathroom is conveniently close.
The third floor brings a primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath, plus a guest room with two queen beds and its own private bath. Then comes the fun part: a spiral staircase leads up to the deck. Head up, take in the views, and congratulate yourself on claiming the best seat in the house.
And when the deck finally loses you to the pool, the community swimming and grilling area is ready for round two.

The whole condo was immaculate! Did not use pool due to weather.

This condo is very clean and was excellent for the 6 of us. The beach is within walking distance but we preferred to bike or drive to the public beach access. The location was great and close to a convenient store, restaurants, and a bakery across the street. Our only complaint about the condo was the cookware needs to be updated.

We loved staying in this property. The owners went above and beyond with helpful touches throughout the house. We loved how spacious it was and we were able to spread out and enjoy everything it had to offer.
