Policies & Restrictions
Parking for two vehicles only
Limit of 8 guests per condo (strict HOA rule)

Minimum age to rent: 25
No chaperoned groups, parties, or events
No trailers, RVs, golf carts, boats, or jet skis
No propane tanks or personal grills (four community gas grills provided)
No tents or canopies allowed on the beach per HOA
Beach chair service available (March–October) but not included. Personal chairs and umbrellas are welcome, but space is limited.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
