The location is wonderful! The view is beautiful! The townhouse is outdated. The kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen is fully stocked. Bring your own beach towels, beach floaties/boards and sand toys. They are not provided. Bring or purchase toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent and toiletries. Enough is not provided for the week or not at all. The beds were comfortable. The place needs some tlc and some updating, but we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful vacation!!!

You have to not mind the 70 or stairs to the private beach otherwise great place in all aspects.
We ended up ordering out food or cooking as it was hard to find a better dining spot. The private outdoor shower with hot water was great to wash all the sand off in late March.
