The property was pretty much as described. Not as colorful as the pictures showed, but was complete with furnishings. The views are as advertised, Beautiful, looking over the valley and water was fantastic. Because for our trip the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the patio area morning and night without any discomfort, no jackets or warm cloths needed. The kitchen was stocked as would be needed for out of country guests. Any items we personally wanted were easily purchased at the grocery store. Bedrooms and bathrooms were either up or downstairs, no bathroom on the main floor. Personally, for me the bed and pillows were very firm, not exactly to my comfort, personal opinion. I was still able to sleep somewhat comfortably though. The bathrooms were, bathrooms , functional but lacking counter space.
One thing I would like to mention is we were unable to use the downstairs bathroom which had the walk-in shower and would have been more convenient for my wife with some mobility issues. The washer and dryer were also downstairs. I did contact Andrea and was able to get access but not until our last day. One Issue is there is not a backup contact for issues that happen when the owner is not available. The reason for not getting access to the washer until our last day. Our reason for needing to get hold of him was minor, but if something more urgent was happening, our 8 hr wait would have been unreasonable.
Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable, minor issues aside.

Listing was not accurate. Stated 2 king size beds and a full. One king, one xl twin and a sofa bed.
Pictures were not accurate, no hot water until we turned on hot water heater and the refrigerator wasn't even on. The view was spectacular though and neighbors were extremely friendly. Shower on lower level didn't drain well either. Owner was quick to respond to messages.
