The location on the hill overlooking Ancona and the sea, the well-kept premises and gardens, the spacious and very modern clean room, the ecological attitude, the good breakfast with homegrown vegetables and a good variety of salty and sweet dishes, the free parking on the premises, the very friendly hostess and staff.
The restoration of the old building made it look modern and clean of course, but also a bit sterile. Unluckily there is no restaurant on the premises, so the word “agriturismo” is a bit misleading. For getting to the restaurants nearby you either use your car or have to be a good sportswoman/man to climb the steep hill back up.

It's really near the Ancona ferry port, great if you plan a trip.
Be careful with your GPS, the location is really hard to find if you follow it. If you are lost in the fields, you are at the wrong place, go back to the street following the cost and you'll see a tiny sign on a side street.

Everything!! High spec room with character. Spacious and very clean. Everything you would want for a short stay. Very secure too. Parking was a big bonus for us. It even has a lovely pool. Excellent for accessing the Ferry Port.

Very good breakfast. Heated clothes drying rack. Great view from the veranda.
We were not expecting to climb a hill and a full set of stairs to our room. We have mobility problems so this was not trivial. Too many harmful chemicals are use in the fabric softeners, cleaning products and scented candles. It was not what we expected from a farm stay.
