Ambiente autentico, atmosfera familiare ed accogliente in un appartamento pulito e ben tenuto. Posizione ottima per raggiungere in macchina le migliori località del Conero, tutte nell’arco di 15/20 minuti. Gabriele è molto ospitale e disponibile!

Tutto, è stato un soggiorno fantastico. L’appartamento aveva tutto il necessario per garantire il comfort necessario. I proprietari sono persone deliziose, accoglienti. Ti sanno far sentire a casa in tutto e per tutto. Frutta e verdure fresche di loro produzione offerte gratuitamente tutti i giorni, presenza per qualsiasi necessità, attenzioni su tutti i fronti. È stata un’esperienza a dir poco positiva! Ne avrò un ricordo molto piacevole

Niente, tutto perfetto

Appartamento molto carino, in campagna ma vicinissimo al mare e a tutti i servizi. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie alla calorosa accoglienza. Frutta e verdure dell’azienda sono buonissimi. Super consigliato per un soggiorno nel Conero

- the kindness of the owner: she gave us fresh fruits from their field - they provided the electric cable for our EV, so we cod charge from our apartment - spacious flat - the anti mosquitos net: you'll be thankful to have that!

- the Place Is shared with another homeowner that didn't restructured the house for a long time, it is like a construction site - this above neighbor shout in a very bad manner at his phone, not very relaxing - inside the house there was a hanging cable, the owner said that there was no current in there, but you never know (and we were there with a 1 year old daughter) - there were no instructions at all from the owner: where to go, how to book the beaches (yes, you have to book your umbrella and sunbed since anticovid rules are very strict) - there were no garbage bins around, but the owner told us to left it in the apartment when we left (we.kept our garbage for five days) - the shower was stuck and a piece of the shower sink was missing - we paid the breakfast even though, because of covid it cannot be served, instead we prepackaged Nutella, jam and biscuits: surely not for the value of what we've paid - the patio was not cleaned so our daughter was covered with dust when she crawled outside - the outside chairs they were definitely end of life, I was expecting to fall on my butt in any moment
