The pictures on the web are a true reflection of what you get. A wonderful view of the bay and just across the street from the beach.
The only down side was the generator noise from the Spur next door during load shedding, but we have to live with load shedding unfortunately.

Location, walking distance from all amenities (centre of town). Relaxed on balcony. Safe parking. Everything in place suited us well. Main beachfront on your doorstep.

The view was spectacular, it was in a great location with restaurants and shops in walking distance.
There was quite abit of homeless people hanging around the area

The place is in a central position. The view was really good.
Lack of rechargeable globes for load shedding. No means of cooking when load shedding. No means of keeping warm in winter. Breezy gaps in sliding door. Lack of free internet access. One complimentary toilet roll is all you get.
