Very close to the beach but not on it so wasn't affected by early morning sun or the wind that picked up during the day. Quiet and peaceful street close to restaurants and shopping centres.
Facilities looked a bit tired and in need of updating. Down stairs was too cluttered. Consider moving the bunk beds to the sliding door and the sleeper couch to next to the dining table to create space under the stairs to place a side table for a laptop to watch movies. Another side table next to the single bed.

The location is excellent and the beach is right there. Eduard is an excellent host and makes you feel very welcome. He always went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. Good value for money.

Convenience. Neatness, privacy.
Shower facility was problenatic, had to use the bath tub, instead, . Parking area for vehicle a bit awkward , but manageable. Was a bit concerned about security of vehicle.
