Awesome apartment that is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the garden is awesome.
There is only 1 parking that is not marked properly for an apartment that sleeps 10 people. There is also no sign up or anything saying where you are supposed to park. When we asked where to park they said anywhere.
So the one day all the dustbins from the whole street was in our parking so my wife park somewhere else.
While she was in the house alone with our twin toddlers the staff entered into the apartment without knocking and demanded she moved the car immediately. She explained that she cannot leave the toddlers unattended at that moment as they were busy eating, but would move the car as soon as possible.
This was apparently unacceptable we were then parked in and they kept going on to the extent that she was in tears. They then phoned me and said I must sort it out because my wife is being cheeky with them.
This experience was not good and we dont feel it was fair considering the parking issues.

Location was excellent being right across the street from the famous surf spot Super Tubes.
Internet speed was poor which made connecting and streaming frustrating.

The location was very good. The garden is beautiful.
We arranged to clock in at 14:00. We could not go in until 15:00 as they were still cleaning. The place was still a mess at 14:00. Their explanation was that they took 5 hours to clean after previous guests as they left late and the place was very messy.
The blankets was smelling like urine and we had to wash it in the washing machine. The tumble dryer did not work and we could not dry the blankets. We had to go without blankets the first night.
The place smelled like smoke. Their explanation was the previous guests was smoking oka pipes inside the rooms.
I also did not realize the people next door would we using the same entrance and porch. I wanted no close contact with other people due to Covid 19 as we are all elderly people.
