Large 4 bedroom, 3.5 home located in Howell, MI. The house is within a couple of minutes of downtown Howell and within 40 minutes of Ann Arbor and Lansing. The home has been recently remodeled and is located in a family friendly neighborhood right across the street from a community park. This is perfect for traveling families or families in between homes. If you are an outdoor person, the Portage chain of lakes is only 20 minutes away

Lots of room for the entire family. Host was absolutely amazing when we had slight issues with code getting into house and then when we were checking out had an issue with mom that we called 911 and was late checking out the host told us not to worry and if we needed to stay a couple extra days we could. We ended up not needing to stay but very grateful that they offered. Would recommend anyone to stay here

Too many steep stairs for seniors. Not disclosed in pictures or when we told them we were seniors and asked about stairs. Problems with TV's, Problem regulating the A/C & Heat Unit, Ice-maker was not working and the refrigerator was leaking water on the kitchen floor, hot water was turned off in kitchen, no toaster (owner did bring one over), Oven was very very dirty with burned residue in it and it stunk. The house was very nice except for all the problems that needed to be resolved. Dryer took more than an hour to dry one load. No kitchen towels (owner did bring some over).
