Overall, the ranch house worked well for our family’s visit. The master bedroom and bath was great for my parents with mobility issues. Parking in the garage was a plus with the snowy, winter weather that we had. The living room upstairs was cozy. My daughter loved the games and monkey bars downstairs.The house is very convenient to town. The owners came out to salt and shovel the walkway and driveway.On the negative side, the cleanliness (or lack there of) of the house was our biggest issue. I doubt the house had been cleaned before our visit. There were huge dust bunny, animal hairballs under all the beds. The shower was not clean with hair sticking to the shower curtain. Anything we used in the kitchen had to be cleaned before we used it. Baking dishes and utensils had cooked, crusty food all over them. The floors did not feel swept or cleaned.Overall, the setup was great, but we would not choose this location again due to the lack of cleanliness.
