Welcome to Downtown Delight! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some!

- 1 King bedroom with 55" Roku Smart Tv
- 2 Full over King bunkbeds with 55" Roku Smart Tv
- The loft has 3 full beds with 55" Roku Smart Tv
- 1 Full kitchen
- Washer and Dryer
- High Speed Internet
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very cute neighborhood, very centrally located between Lansing and East Lansing. Just minutes from either downtown area.
Getting Around:
- Uber
- Lyft
- Local taxi and bus service available
Other Things to Note:
We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.
*We are not responsible for items left behind*
*We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*

We like to stay hands off, and let you enjoy yourself. But, if you need assistance we can always be reached through the Air BnB app.

Nice house with lots of room. Had a couple Minor things but was taken care of without a problem. Neighbor lady is friendly
