Beautiful location & property.

Poor toilet flush. Otherwise, a perfect property.

Het was heel knus en was van alle gemakken voorzien, we hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt en dat kon direct vanuit het huisje.

En was wel een stukje lopen de heuvel op vanaf het centrum, dus houd daar wel rekening mee.

Lovely cottage, very clean and everything you need. Nice comfy bed and 2 bathrooms if needed.

It was a little far out from the centre, about a 20 minute walk uphill going back. Think the rain spoilt it for us overall. Also parking was a little tight outside the property.

The cottage is small but very cosy. Its a good location in Ambleside, just a short walk into the centre

The cottage cleanliness left much to be desired. Someone had clearly vidtind recently with a white dog and there were still hairs and fluff on the carpet and floors. I one of the beds there was a pair if pyjama bottoms between the mattress and the bedhead. The cottage has a parking space, which was a key reason that we booked it, as we had kayaks with us. However, the space is incredibly tight to access and requires reversing up a very narrow lane. I ended up scrapping my bumper quite badly trying to get in.
