Sweeping rooftop views, it was absolutely stunning - mountains visible when clouds clear. Staff were really friendly and genuinely cared about a comfortable stay - thank you Tommy and Putri! 🙏🏽

The property was quiet, which I appreciated.
I was disappointed with my stay as the room did not match the photos shown online. The images suggested a spacious and well-presented space, but the room we received was extremely small and felt cramped. The bed was placed between two walls, making it difficult to access, and the mattress was sunken in the center, which caused significant back discomfort during our stay. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the pillows, and the towels provided were stained. Overall, the condition and quality of the room did not meet expectations based on the listing.
