My stay at Dhanyasari House was magical. The family were not only accomodating to my needs, but were friendly, hospitable and very kind. Close to The Yoga Barn, restaurant's and shops. My room was very modern, clean and had excellent wifi and airconditioning.

Lovely guesthouse run by the kindest, sweetest family - a stone's throw from Yoga Barn

I stayed here in December 2025 while taking a course at Yoga Barn, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—less than a 2-minute walk away. Kutut and her family went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even waking up at 4am to help me with my luggage! My room was cleaned every day, and there was a kitchen if you wanted to make your own food. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and warm hospitality near Yoga Barn.

A couple of very minor points: better coffee options in the room would be great—fresh Balinese ground coffee would be ideal. Also, the wardrobe rail broke twice, although Kutut was very quick to fix it each time (maybe I have too many clothes!)

Amazing stay! 5* for location, friendliness and cleanliness.

This is my second time staying here this year. Both times I had such a lovely time. The family who run this place are amazing and make you feel so welcome straight away. My room was beautifully decorated, super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, right in Ubud and very close to the yoga barn, so it’s easy to get around. There are good facilities if you want to cook, and they also offer a food menu for breakfast/lunch. The family genuinely want to make sure you’re comfortable and happy during your stay. The daughters are so friendly, and you might even get the chance to buy a special homemade gift from one of them, which was such a nice touch. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Dhanyasari house. They treat us as families and help us with every issue that we have. The place is very close to Yoga barn, room is modern and clean. Will definitely stay here again when I visit yoga barn next time.

Lovely Stay!!!

This is my best stay during my 2 weeks travel in Indonesia. My hosts Eka and Ketut are very lovely and kind people, they treat me like a very good friend and family. The room is tastefully designed, I feel like I am stepping into a 5-stars hotel. The room, breakfast and hospitality are impeccable. And it is just a few minutes walk to Yogabarn. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. It is not just an accommodation or business, they really give their hearts out, such a beautiful family! Thank you!

Lovely and peaceful stay near to The Yoga Barn

The room is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. There are 2 bottles of free mineral water every day and the room gets cleaned every day. There are small shops and eateries nearby and it’s a one minute walk away to The Yoga Barn. Lovely and friendly hosts as well. It will be my preferred place to stay when I’m back in Ubud.

Lovely room next to the yoga barn and delicious breakfast

You enter the room and feel the love the owners put into it. It’s a beautiful, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is delicious. It’s next to the yoga barn. I absolutely enjoyed staying here. The owners are so kind.

It has no space to enjoy the sun, although the outside kitchen is really lovely. You need to take two stairs down, but the strong lady carries your suitcase even if it’s really big.

Living next to the locals in a luxurious Balinese homestay

My favourite part of my travels in south east Asia has been the homestays and this one really delivered! I love that you're living next to locals (including an artist that sits on his porch painting) and Eka and his family are right next door :) The breakfast was a highlight for me: traditional Balinese porridge (Bubuh Bali) and fresh fruit served in the little garden area next to the river. The bed was one of the comfiest I stayed in. Great pillows, the room was new and luxurious for the price. I only stayed one night, wish I'd had longer!

The space was quite small and you are living close to others; but all part of the Ubud/Bali experience! It was very quiet at night so no complaints. As a solo traveller, I thought I might meet others but there are only two rooms so it was a more private experience than expected!

The place in Ubud to stay

Everything! After my stay I said: I would like to take the room and host with me! The host family is wonderful. They make everything that you feel at home. Very nice room, nicely decorated, very clean, separate rooms for toilet and shower, outside chairs and table to relax. Well equipped as hairdryer and kettle. They also organised a scooter to rent for me. Extremely confortable. Very nice hosts to talk and you can ask for any recommendation. Breakfast you can order the day before and enjoy with balanese coffee.

Perfect and cozy stay in Ubud

The accommodation is simply perfect if you want to stay within walking distance of the Yoga Barn and are looking for an idyllic, peaceful place right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure you feel comfortable. I would return to this guesthouse again and again. I'm so grateful to have found this super cozy accommodation and can wholeheartedly recommend a stay there.

The best guesthouse in Ubud!

Absolutely a dream of a guesthouse, especially if you want to be close to Yoga Barn (a 1-minute walk), and an incredible value for the price. Only 2 rooms, peaceful, beautiful and immaculate; 5 star finishings, super comfy bed, a kitchen and sitting area across from the rooms. The shower has fantastic water pressure. Breakfast is yummy. Run by the sweetest family ever. I’m so glad I got to stay here a couple nights and wish I could have stayed longer!

Unique and most beautiful Homestay 1 min away from Yogabarn

The Dhanyasari House is a real treasure. Newly built the interior is impeccable and of great quality. I felt, like I checked into a boutique Hotel. The room was super clean and offered Accessories like cotton pads, a toothbrush and a hairdryer. The towels smelled so nicely and there is a fridge in the room and a Kettle so that I could have as much coffee and tea as i liked. They clean the room every day and provide fresh towels when needed. The shower had great pressure and hot water every day. But the best thing was the super comfy mattress (30cm high) and the super soft bed linen. I had the best sleep here. The AC kept the room super cool and it was really quiet during the night. I also had an amazing breakfast each morning with plenty of yummy choices. I could not have been happier here as the place is in 1min walking distance to yoga barn. Definitely the best place I stayed in Bali! The room looks exactly like in the pictures but what makes it really unique and special is the Host Family. I have never met a more welcoming and loving host family. Every time I came back they greeted me with welcome home. And it truly felt like home here in Bali and It just warmed my heart. Thank you for making my stay here so beautiful!

房东夫妇非常热情贴心，给予我们帮助、游玩建议。民宿的位置很好，离yoga barn步行只需5分钟，离主要的逛吃地点也不远，但又很安静。房间自带小阳台，每天拉开窗帘都很治愈。早餐也很不错，干净好吃。

如果非要说的话，吹风机的风力实在太小了，不知道是不是因为大多数住客都不需要吹头发的原因……

Undanskymd liten pärla.

Vi var mycket på The Yoga Barn och detta boende ligger nästan granne med det, mycket bekämt. Trots en livlig gata ligger själva rummet som en liten oas och det hörs inget från gatan (däremot grannens tupp). Vi valde inte att äta frukost som man kunde beställa dagen innan.

Från gatan leder en smal mycket ojämn gång till en tämligen brant och likaledes ojämn trappa ner för 3 våningar. Det saknas belysning som gör det vanskligt att gå ner när man kommer hem efter mörkrets inbrott.

Nossa hospedagem favorita em Bali! Eka e sua família são muito simpáticos, gentis e estão sempre nos ajudando a encontrar as melhores atividades. O quarto é super confortável, limpeza impecável, com muitas amenidades. O café da manhã é uma delícia. A localização é excelente, próxima dos principais pontos turísticos, mas no meio de um jardim lindíssimo. Voltarei à Bali e com certeza ficarei aqui novamente! Eka, Dindi e família, muito obrigado!

Wspaniały pobyt. Przywitały nas dwie bardzo miłe Panie, w pokoju czysto i pachnąco.Narazie są tylko 2 pokoje i zewnętrzna kuchnia.Rodzina byla cudowna. Ciekawe miejsce dlatego ze najpierw wchodzi się do czegoś w rodzaju świątyni a potem przechodzi się schodkami na dół do apartamentu.Rekomenduje każdemu pobyt tutaj, ok. 15 minut od cetrum Ubud. Śniadanie było wyśmienite.
