RIAD AMANA

Well located and the room was so nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was just pastries. For anything nutritious and healthy you actually had to pay extra.

Skønt og lyst Riad i hjertet af Medinaen. Vi boede øverst på terrassen, hvilket var super dejligt, når man havde børn med.

We had a lovely stay at the riad. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable and very well located, and we really enjoyed our time there. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation and would happily recommend the riad itself.

The only disappointing part of our experience was the private transfer from Essaouira to Marrakech arranged by the riad. We paid the agreed €80, but the vehicle provided was quite old and the air conditioning was not working properly. With temperatures around 36°C, the nearly three-hour journey was extremely hot and uncomfortable for the three of us. We nevertheless paid the full agreed amount to the driver. Afterwards, I contacted the riad to let them know about the issue, as the transfer had been arranged through them. Unfortunately, perhaps because we had already checked out, we received no acknowledgement or response at all. This was particularly disappointing given how positive the rest of our stay had been. I think greater care should be taken with the transport providers arranged for guests, and I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement of the feedback.
