The staff are really friendly
They recommend Tour Guides that take you to stores not telling you and the salesmen are very aggressive and it is dificulte to say no, do not by the price they say if you want to buy to them pay 1/4 of the price they start, every body gets a comisión of the sale! Just that be careful, everything else of the hotel wonderful!

A very comfortable, cool room that was a an oasis from the heat when needed.
Sun beds vv comfortable with nice thick but soft top layers.
Pool was excellent if a tad cool but refreshing.

The noise on some days from the hotel modernisations

The location - across the road from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the medina
We made a non-refundable booking and once our reservation had been confirmed, we received a message saying they were doing renovations so the indoor pool at the spa wasn’t open. The renovations were extensive and were very noisy during the day.
