The staff was amazing, small personal hotel with character and excellent location between beach and medina.
Our room was big and pretty but extremely dark due to windows only facing a dark indoor hallway. Felt like staying in a cave. Also hotel is beautiful but the common facilities like the lounge and rooftop area feel a bit dusty/dull and not looked after properly. Shame with such a beautiful building with lots of potential

Excellent location, just into the medina, but close to the beach & port.
An authentic riad with roof terrace
The roof terrace was easily accessible but the furniture was tired & needed repair. The photos show lots of sun loungers, but there was one broken one only.

The location
The property needs a major upgrade - it is a wonderful property but just needs some love and attention - no amenities in the rooms - had to ask for tissues - linen poor quality - towels ok - no black out blinds so very bright in the room all night - bed just ok nothing special - breakfasts just ok
