Hôtel Mechouar Plaza

Everything was excellent, the staff is extremely attentive and go out of their way to please you. The room was absolutely perfect and clean with a lovely view .

Location

No communal areas. The bar was not run by the hotel, and was not welcoming to hotel guests. Also the most expensive bar we found in all the hotels so far in morrocco. The breakfast was OK, bot so badly run, we stayed 4 nights and each breakfast we were served in shifts!! First bread, then plates, then find your own cutlery, napkins, were served an egg but always had to ask for salt . It became a task every time. Please note that the bar is not a bar but a morrocan night club, so not the place to sit and relax with a beer in the evening.

Just the location, nice and central

Rude manager, got angry when I asked to change a duvet for my brother as it had a rip in it. He got that angry when after waiting till the end of the day rather than the cleaner/maid changing as first requested that he came in to change it and ripped it more in anger when he went to remove it. He made a rude comment about my nationality to say I had kept asking about the bed linen and change of towels daily, well I would if the maid hadn't changed them! Breakfast is made to lush in the photos when it's far from what is shown
