Good

The property is very close (10 minute walking distance) to the historic downtown of the city. We felt safe walking at night as well. The host gave us terrific restaurant recommendations which ALL worked out excellently. The parking is plentiful. The property had a nice balcony and the bedroom and living room are very spacious.

We thought the property could use a few more touches to make it cozy and could also benefit from a deep cleaning. The mattress moves quite a bit since the bedframe is not very supportive.

Excellent place to stay in Arezzo

The apartment is in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the Piazza Grande & the historic Centre. It is nicely decorated and has been fully renovated. Plenty of light and space with a large bedroom, living room and spacious kitchen area so we were very happy to have chosen this property for our stay in Arezzo. There is parking inside the premises and also easy parking just outside on the street. The owners were also very welcoming and willing to assist in case we needed something. We will be back at Nona Maria Guest House during our next visit to Arezzo

Tutto perfetto

L'appartamento è graziosissimo, molto pulito e in posizione comoda per il centro. Inoltre è fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Noi siamo stati solo una notte, ma l'appartamento è perfetto anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato un sacco di indicazioni utili.

Pratique et confortable pour visiter Arezzo et les alentours

Facilité d’accès à l’appartement, parking en face, zone tranquille. L’appartement est bien équipé avec un salon, une cuisine séparée, balcon, salle de bain/wc et chambre. Beaucoup de place pour ranger les effets personnels. Le centre ville d’Arezzo est facilement accessible à pieds. Supermarché à proximité (3 minutes en voiture). Un point de chute idéal pour visiter Arezzo et explorer les alentours en voiture.

Rien en particulier, sauf la difficulté d’avoir du réseau WiFi à l’arrivée. Le problème de nature technique a été réglé rapidement par le propriétaire qui s’est déplacé exprès pour le solutionner.
