Villa 72 RAK

Villa 72 is clean and spacious. Photos are a true representation of the space. They have thought of even the small details to make the space comfortable.

The property manager was very respectful and professional. He contacted me on WhatsApp before our arrival, which made communication easy. The villa was ready by 2:00 PM. He collected my ID and security deposit, then explained all the facilities in the villa clearly. Overall, the check-in process was organized and welcoming.

Great place for family gatherings. very spacious and clean villa.

Extremely dissatisfied with the staff and check-out process. While checking-in we were informed only to take care of the cleanliness of the villa and that trash has to be kept in one place while checking out. We had followed all rules mentioned in the villa and despite keeping the premise clean we wasted almost 1 hour since the staff was busy keeping things back to its original place before we could leave. The host should have specified during check-in that all kitchen items (including small cups and spoons) should be kept back at its original place for an easy check- out.
