the size , the location being short distance to HATTA 20 minutes approx , greenery around farm the staff are great the kitchen facility all is good. the farm is with 4 bedrooms 2 master with bathrooms, living area, out side majlis with indoor pool and outdoor covered pool, playing area out door siting area and dining.

It’s huge area / beautiful location/ clean and tidy / More place for children for recreation and fun/ sitting place / fire place available
Washrooms were smelly /kitchen was not well equipped and very far back at the farm house.
Room locks stuck sometimes so you cannot close

The 15/25 acre property was nothing short on our expectations, it delivers all as the pictures show.
Nothing to complaint.
Only recommend the kitchen needs deep cleaning post those who use it for elaborate cooking.

Good location. Big and specious property with separate majlis and indoor pool. Complimentary mangoes and fresh dates were awesome
Owner is very humble and allowed us to over stay. Extra room for driver and servants.
