I really liked the place. It’s spacious, beautiful, and has a lovely sea view. Parking is conveniently available right next to the villa. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, everything is close by, and the privacy is excellent. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

One small downside was the absence of housekeeping services, as the trash was not collected for two days. Communication could also be a bit slow since there is no reception on site. Additionally, there was some early morning noise due to maintenance work, such as cleaning or tree trimming, which slightly affected the stay ترجم

Positive Feedback Our overall stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The living rooms were amazing, offering a great space to relax. However, we would suggest adding more chairs or sofas in the ground-floor living room. Since the villa can accommodate up to seven people, it would be more convenient if there were enough seating for everyone to gather together. The kitchen was large, well-equipped, and provided everything a family would need during their stay. The swimming pool was in good condition, and we thoroughly enjoyed using it.

Areas for Improvement There were several points that could be improved. The seating area beside the pool was not clean enough, which prevented us from using it. More importantly, we had a disappointing experience with the cleaning staff. We received a call from the hotel informing us that the cleaning staff accused us of taking one of their bags, insisting we return to the villa to give it back. We explained that we had only taken our own belongings, but the request to return was made with certainty. Upon returning to the villa, the staff stopped us from entering and stated it was a misunderstanding, as they had not checked their belongings properly. While mistakes can happen, we were upset by the way the situation was handled—particularly the rude tone, raised voices, and the implication regarding our integrity. As locals, we take pride in our values and honesty, and it was frustrating to be treated otherwise. Additionally, the check-in and check-out timings were very inconvenient. The check-in was at 4:00 pm, but check-out was at 11:00 am the next day. If we booked for two nights, it would be reasonable to allow check-out at least close to the time we checked in, rather than losing several hours of the stay. This timing policy significantly reduced the value of our booking.
