Whether you’re here for a weekend escape, a family get-together, or simply to reconnect with nature, Palm Haven offers a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t find in the city.

4 cozy bedrooms (3 with attached bathrooms) for a restful stay
Separate male & female majlis for gatherings and relaxation
Spacious common areas perfect for family time or group fun

Guests can access the whole farmhouse which includes 1 female and 1 male majlis. 4 bedrooms, 3 garden areas, covered swimming pool, BBQ and bonfire area, Animals area, Agriculture area.

AED 1000 refundable security deposit to be paid to the watchman at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, if there is no damage to the property, we will refund the amount to the client.

Welcome to Palm Haven Farmhouse!
We want you to relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and have a memorable stay. Please follow these simple house rules:
Guests & Visitors
• Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation is permitted.
• Additional guests or visitors must be approved by management in advance.
• Large gatherings, events, or parties require prior approval.
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
Music & Noise
• Music is allowed at a reasonable volume.
• Please avoid excessive noise, especially late at night.
• Guests must respect neighboring farms and the peaceful surroundings.
Swimming Pool
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No diving, running, or dangerous activities around the pool.
• Appropriate swimming attire must be worn.
• Use of the swimming pool is at guests' own responsibility.
BBQ & Bonfire
• BBQ and bonfire are allowed only in the designated areas.
• Never leave fire unattended.
• Please fully extinguish the fire after use.
• Do not move BBQ or bonfire equipment to other areas of the farm.
Animals & Birds
• Please treat all animals and birds gently and respectfully.
• Children must be supervised around animals.
• Do not feed animals without permission from the caretaker.
• Guests must not enter restricted animal enclosures.
Smoking
• Smoking is not permitted inside bedrooms or indoor areas.
• Smoking is allowed outdoors in designated areas only.
• Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
Kitchen
• Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and available equipment. Gas, stove, microwave, fridge are provided in the kitchen.
• Please clean utensils and cooking areas after use.
• Do not leave cooking or gas appliances unattended.
Property Care
• Please treat the farmhouse, furniture, equipment, and outdoor areas with care.
• Any damage or breakage should be reported immediately.
• Guests may be responsible for the cost of damage caused during their stay.
Cleanliness
• Please keep indoor and outdoor areas reasonably clean.
• Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.
• Excessive cleaning requirements may result in an additional cleaning charge where permitted by the booking platform.
Pets
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

• Illegal activities or prohibited substances
• Fireworks without prior approval
• Weapons
• Dangerous or reckless behavior
